The KMC PET department provides the widest range of services in the region, providing scans for all CMS reimbursable indications and many indications not yet covered by CMS. These scans are performed on a state-of-the-art, high resolution, solid ring PET scanner. The scans are read by nuclear medicine physicians with over 36 years of combined PET experience.

KMC PET services have been categorized based on the different payer types. Even though the PET department provides a full array of PET services, some of those services may not be reimbursable based on the individual's specific clinical diagnosis and/or their individual health insurance policies.
